Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The product is free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ZAAYRA will bear the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
